The McKeesport Hospital Foundation Faces of Recovery & Transitions of Care Funds

The McKeesport Hospital Foundation was founded in 1976, as an incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the goal of ensuring the continuation of quality healthcare in the Mon Valley Region of Pittsburgh.

The Faces of Recovery and Transitions of Care Funds are available for those in need being discharged from McKeesport Hospital. As our neighbors struggle with their paths to recovery, these critical funds provide assistance when needed the most. It is our goal to contribute to these funds by raising awareness of the outstanding work and special projects supported by the McKeesport Hospital Foundation.
